Your Handled coordination fee is based on the scope of non-real-estate services selected, plus applicable HST. The amount is confirmed upfront and is owed regardless of whether your property sells — payment is simply timed to align with your closing date for convenience where that suits your situation. No vendor costs are ever booked without your approval.
